    John owns one of the finer collections of Houdini books in private hands.  His collection includes many very rare
Houdini pitchbooks, including the ones pictured below.   He is always looking to add to his collection and will buy
or trade for any items he does not have.  He owns most of Houdini's books, in dustjackets, and hundreds of books
and pamphlets on Houdini, escape artistry, and handcuffs.  Pictured below are a small portion of John's collection.

                  "The prize piece in the collection is one of Houdini's Handcuff-King Breaker handcuffs.  It is an original Lily Ironthat was altered so that the locking
                 mechanism works differently and uses a different key than normal Lily Irons.   Houdini would use the "breakers" to stump imitators and other escape artists."
