EBI was awarded a subcontract from Western Municipal Construction of Wyoming to conduct two crossings of the
Tongue River just West of Dayton, Wyoming. EBI completed 2 - 200 foot bores of 12-inch HDPE pipe across the river
in two days. The subsurface conditions consisted of mainly 4-inch to 12-inch cobbles with numerous larger size
boulders scattered about.
