Þ Minnesota State Demographer reports the April 2002 population estimate for Canosia is 2,052 and 778 households.
 

Þ Dog License Required as of October 1, 2003, Canosia will begin enforcement of its Animal Control Ordinance. An annual license is required. Animal owners who presently have a license have until December 31, 2003 to get their 2004 license. If your animal does not currently have a license you will be required to obtain a license for $10 by October 1st. This license will be valid until December 31, 2004.
 

Þ Animal Control Officer is Floyd Murphy. He has kennels on his property and will be picking up any animals in Canosia Township that are in violation of the Animal Control Ordinance 91-1
